Scott Kelly has been a practicing DUI and criminal defense lawyer since 2007. He has experience litigating thousands of cases in Ohio's courts and has had numerous case dismissals and jury trial acquittals during that time. He is recognized as a top litigation and trial attorney by numerous organizations. Scott has a reputation for being one of the premier OVI defense lawyers in the area, and is certified and trained with the exact same training used to educate law enforcement for the detection of impaired driving. He is a member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Shelby County Bar Association, and Allen County Bar Association.

Scott is a lifelong resident of Shelby County, Ohio. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky, where he graduated magna cum laude with double majors in history and religion. Scott earned his law degree cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Scott is licensed to practice in all of the State courts of Ohio, including the Ohio Supreme Court. Scott is also admitted to practice in numerous federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Federal Court of Claims.

While Scott is an accomplished litigator, he takes the most enjoyment in life in being a husband and father of four children and an active member of his church and community.

Raven Spencer focuses her practice on domestic relations and criminal defense throughout the State of Ohio and extensively in Allen County (Lima), Shelby County (Sidney), and neighboring courts in western Ohio. Raven's practice is grounded in two areas that demand precision strategy and deep understanding of how real issues affect real lives. Domestic and criminal matters often involve high stakes, complex facts, and intensely personal circumstances. Raven brings keen attention to detail, thoughtful preparation, and a commitment to understanding the full context of each client’s situation. Whether navigating family disputes or defending individual rights, Raven's goal is to provide clear guidance, strong advocacy, and solutions tailored to the needs of each case.

Raven earned her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern Pettit College of Law. Before law school, she received her Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from The Ohio State University. Formerly from Tiffin, Raven resides in Lima, Ohio.

Outside the courtroom, Raven values work life balance by unwinding on the golf course or spending time with friends and family.
